AND

The value reported on E384 (Total amount charged) is greater than zero

AND

The value reported on E381 (Amount paid up front) is less than 80 percent of the value reported on E384 (Total amount charged)

THEN

There must be a record in the HELP Due File having a matching value for E488 (CHESSN) concatenated with E307 (Course code) and E313 (Student ID)
