• If Element 461 (Field of Education code) is ABCD[>00] then Element 463 (Specialisation code) cannot be ABCD[00]
• If Element 461 (Field of education code) is ABCD[**] then Element 463 (Specialisation code) cannot be AB[0000]

ABCD represents the first four digits of Element 461 (Field of Education code) AB represents the first two digits of Element 461 (Field of Education code) where CD cannot be "00"

** represents any value.

YYYY is the Collection Year.
