E310 (Course of study type code) or E358 (Citizen resident indicator) is inconsistent for RTS students.

If E490 (Student status code) in the Student Load/Liability File is 320 or 330

THEN

There must be a record in the Course of Study File with a matching value for E307 (Course code)

AND

In that matching record the value of E310 (Course of study type code) must be 02 or 03

AND

E358 (Citizen/resident indicator) must NOT be 4 or 5.
