E490 (Student status code) is for AMC special course but E312 (Special course type code) or E306 (Higher Education Provider code) is not valid

If E490 (Student status code) in the Student Load/Liability File is 340 or 341 then all of these conditions must be met:

The value on E306 (Higher Education Provider) must be 2239

AND

There is a record in the Course of Study File with a matching value for E307 (Course code)

AND

In that Course of Study File record the value of E312 (Special course type code) is 15.
